Terms of Service

1. The service

Danon Robotica is a platform that uses AI to generate robotics kit designs, wiring diagrams, assembly steps, starter code, and bills of materials from text prompts. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will function correctly, be safe, or be free of errors — you are responsible for verifying any design before building or deploying a robot.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Payments

Some features — wiring diagrams, BOM downloads, metal 3D prints, and community designs — are paid. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Refunds, where applicable, are handled at our discretion.

4. Community designs & selling

You may publish designs to the community marketplace. If you sell a design, earnings are paid out through Stripe Connect to the bank details you provide. You are responsible for any tax obligations on your earnings. We may take a platform fee on sales.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of designs and prompts you create. You grant us a license to host, run, and display them as needed to provide the service, and to show community designs publicly when you choose to publish them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.
• Attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Submit designs that violate the intellectual property of others.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsafe. Robotics involves physical risk — build and test responsibly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any harm caused by robots built from our designs.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will note the "last updated" date above. Continued use means acceptance.
